Focusing on the development and operation of the Prospective Intelligence data processing pipelines.\nDevelops and maintains data pipelines that facilitate the seamless ingestion of data from various data sources, transforms the data into meaningful formats for application databases, data warehouses, and other destinations.\nWrite high quality, maintainable code and take ownership of systems within your domain.\nContribute to system reliability, performance, and security through disciplined engineering practices.\nParticipate in design discussions, offering input and recommendations within a defined scope.\nReview code, share best practices, and support the growth of less experienced engineers.\nCollaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver agreed outcomes.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\nStrong experience in data processing, warehousing, tools, and techniques.\nKnowledge of Python, AWS Lambdas and Java.\nAdept at integrating AI tools such as Claude Code into daily work to increase velocity.\n5+ years of designing scalable, distributed systems and cloud-based architecture.\nProven ability to contribute to complex technical initiatives from concept through deployment, with clear ownership and follow through.\nStrong technical judgment and the ability to influence without formal authority, aligning teams around sound engineering decisions.\nDemonstrated ability to mentor engineers and elevate quality through clear standards and practical coaching.\nA bias for action, paired with a high bar for reliability, security, and maintainability.\nWHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE:\nCompetitive salary\nMedical, Dental and Vision benefits\n401k match\nGenerous PTO plan\nOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
