We are modernizing our stack, expanding distributed development, and increasing our focus on data and AI. This role provides the senior technical leadership and hands on execution needed to support the 2026 roadmap and beyond.\nThis is not an advisory role. We need someone who can design patterns, write code, review code, and actively guide teams. The Staff Engineer leads through building, teaching, and raising the engineering bar across the organization.\nWhat Success Looks Like:\nShips what is most needed:\n· Owns and solves some of the most difficult technical problems in the company\n· Plays a major role in helping Engineering meet commitments by proactively noticing gaps and jumping in where needed\n· Improves reliability, performance, and delivery speed in visible, measurable ways\nHelp others get things done:\n· Helps establish a culture of learning by mentoring engineers\n· Makes other engineers more effective through clear patterns, reviews, and hands on collaboration\n· Is a go to partner for product and engineering leaders when work is complex or high risk\nBuild the future today:\n· Brings deep experience across multiple technologies and applies that experience to Reveleer’s platform and products\n· Initiates and leads key cross cutting projects that move the architecture and codebase forward\n· Ensures technical decisions align with the company’s roadmap\nWhat You Will Do:\n· Design, develop and evolve the core technical patterns that shape how Reveleer builds software\n· Write high-quality code, prototypes, reference implementations, and reusable components\n· Provide hands on technical guidance through pair programming, design reviews, and code reviews as needed\n· Lead design for distributed systems, cloud native patterns, API development, and multi-tenant SaaS\n· Partner with data and AI teams to integrate applications with pipelines, analytics, and ML or LLM services\n· Identify performance bottlenecks, technical risks, and architectural gaps and drive pragmatic solutions\n· Work closely with product leadership to ensure the technical foundation accelerates roadmap delivery\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit:\n· Deep experience as a hands-on staff level engineer working in distributed systems at scale\n· Strong background in cloud native engineering, preferably AWS/Azure, microservices, and SaaS patterns\n· Experience building or supporting data and AI workloads, including ML or LLM integrations\n· Ability to turn complex technical challenges into clear, actionable solutions\n· Strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills\nWhat You'll Receive:\nCompetitive salary\nMedical, Dental, and Vision benefits\n401(k) with company match\nPaid Time Off (PTO) plan\nOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
