This is a hands-on role for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and willing to roll up their sleeves to make things happen.\nThis position reports to theVice President of Treasury & Tax , and is based out of our Irvine office.\nAs the Sr. Financial Analyst, you will have an opportunity to:\nSupport daily cash tracking, forecasting, and liquidity planning\n\nMonitor cash activity and help optimize working capital\n\nAssist in managing banking relationships and account structures\n\nEnsure accuracy and timeliness of cash reporting\n\nBuild and maintain cash flow forecasts (short-term and long-term)\n\nDevelop and track KPIs related to liquidity, working capital, and operational performance\n\nAnalyze variances and provide clear, actionable insights\n\nSupport recurring and ad hoc reporting for leadership\n\nHelp build scalable financial models, reports, and processes from the ground up\n\nIdentify inefficiencies and drive improvements across workflows\n\nPartner cross-functionally with accounting, FP&A, and operations\n\nLeverage Excel and financial tools to automate and improve reporting\n\nSupport enhancements to financial systems and data processes\n\nMaintain well-organized, auditable models and datasets\n\nYou have:\nA Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 4 years’ experience in FP&A\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills.\n\nHighest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized\n\nArticulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nDemonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity\n\nExcellent analytical skills, experience managing large data quantities from multiple sources\n\nAbility to think and act strategically and develop operation and strategic plans\n\nComprehensive business understanding of processes and structure\n\nAbility to operate cross-functionally with strong understanding of external business drivers\n\nYou might have:\nExperience with ERP or Finanicial Systems (NetSuite, Oracle)\n\nUnderstanding of financial statement and cash flow dynamics.\n\nExposure to cash flow forecasting or treasury related work.\n\nPay Range:\nAnnual Salary: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.\nWe offer a highly competitive salary, comprehensive benefits including: medical and dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401K, PTO, paid holidays, gear discounts and the ability to add value to an exciting mission!\nOur Postings are not intended for distribution to or use in any jurisdiction, country or territory where such distribution or use would violate local law or would subject us to any regulations in another jurisdiction, country or territory.
