Our teams design and build the launchmonitors, rangefinders, sensors, and connected software that golfers and coaches rely on at every level of the game, from the driving range to the PGA Tour.\nWe areseekinga Technical Product Manager to bridge the gap between customer needs, business objectives, and engineering execution across our portfolio of golf technology products. This role will lead the technical specifications forinnovative hardware, software, and connected experiences that enhance golfer performance and engagement.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong product management discipline with technical aptitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales, Sourcing, and Customer Support to define requirements, prioritize development efforts, and bring world-class golf technology products to market.\nThis position reports to the Director of Engineering and is based in our Carlsbad, CA headquarters.\nAs a Technical Product Manager, you will:\nDefine and manage product requirements and technical feature specifications for hardware, software, mobile, and connected products.\n\nServe as the primary liaison between Engineering and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and customer needs.\n\nPartner with Product Managersto translate product strategy and customer insights into technical specifications.\n\nOwn and prioritize the technical product specifications, balancing customer value, business goals, technical feasibility, and resource constraints.\n\nWork closely with software, electrical, and mechanical engineering teamsat RGT and our developmentpartnersthroughout the product development lifecycle.\n\nLead cross-functional discussions to identifyand prioritizerequirements, dependencies, risks, and technical tradeoffs.\n\nDevelop detailed product documentation, requirements specifications, workflows, and acceptance criteria.\n\nCollaborate with QA and Engineering teams to validateproduct functionality and ensure successful releases.\n\nAnalyze customer feedback, product usage data, and market trends to identifyopportunities for enhancements and future development.\n\nDrive product development with overseas development partnersto meet the technical specifications and product requirements.\n\nYou have:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a relatedtechnical field.\n\n5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Management, Engineering, Program Management, or a related role.\n\nExperience onhardware, firmware, connected devices, mobile applications, or consumer technology products.\n\nStrong understanding of product development lifecycles, waterfalland Agile methodologies.\n\nExperience writing detailed product requirementsand functional technical specifications.\n\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience making data-driven decisions.\n\nProven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nExperience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.\n\nPay Range:\nAnnual Salary: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.\nWe offer a highly competitive salary, comprehensive benefits including: medical and dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401K, PTO, paid holidays, gear discounts and the ability to add value to an exciting mission!\nOur Postings are not intended for distribution to or use in any jurisdiction, country or territory where such distribution or use would violate local law or would subject us to any regulations in another jurisdiction, country or territory.
