Ember works directly with physician groups and healthcare systems to automate these workflows while maintaining the accuracy and reliability required in healthcare.\nWe’re backed by YC and Nexus Venture Partners, and growing at 8x year-over-year with 250% NRR as customers consistently expand usage.\nYou’ll sit at the intersection of customers, operations, product, and engineering-working directly with healthcare organizations to make sure Ember is deployed successfully.\nYou’ll understand how they operate day-to-day, onboard their teams and data, configure workflows, solve problems as they arise, and help turn messy real-world requirements into systems that actually work.\n’ \nOwn customer implementations end to end, including onboarding, workflow design, configuration, training, and launch.\n\nJoin customer calls, answer questions, investigate problems, and ensure deployments progress smoothly.\n\nLearn how customers operate day-to-day, identify where things break, and translate their processes into workflows Ember can automate.\n\nInvestigate discrepancies, analyze customer data, diagnose root causes, and find practical ways to unblock implementations.\n\nUse AI tools, automations, internal tooling, or quick prototypes to solve customer problems.\n\nTurn customer insights into clear product requirements and help determine what should be automated, standardized, or built next.\n\nHelp users understand Ember, establish new workflows, and use the technology effectively.\n’\nA strong academic track record in computer science, mathematics, finance, or an equivalent field.\n\nEarly experience in software engineering, product, consulting, operations, or another demanding environment where you were expected to learn quickly and take ownership.\n\nThe ability to become comfortable with unfamiliar systems and complicated workflows extremely quickly.\n\nEnough technical fluency to work with data, use modern software and AI tools, and build lightweight prototypes.\n\nStrong customer instincts-you communicate clearly, ask good questions, and earn customers’ trust.\n\nOwnership from day one.
