volume and customer demand.\n\nYou’ll work on systems that customers rely on in production - where backend performance, data integrity, and reliability directly impact retention and growth.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI.\n\nDevelop and optimize high-performance RESTful APIs powering AI agents and GTM workflows.\n\nArchitect and maintain cloud-native infrastructure (compute, storage, networking).\n\nBuild reliable data pipelines and services that process, validate, and serve large B2B datasets.\n\nEnsure system scalability, observability, and fault tolerance.\n\nOwn backend features end-to-end - from design and implementation to deployment and monitoring.\n\nCollaborate closely with frontend and data engineers to ensure clean API contracts and reliable data flow.\n\nContribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices.\n\nContinuously improve performance, security, and maintainability across backend systems.\n\nWho You Are\n4+ years of professional backend development experience.\n\nStrong proficiency in Python.\n\nHands-on experience with:\nFastAPI\n\nRESTful API design and implementation\n\nRelational databases (PostgreSQL or similar) and NoSQL Databases (DynamoDB or similar)\n\nAsynchronous programming\n\nCloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)\n\nExperience with containerization and deployment (Docker).\n\nSolid understanding of distributed systems concepts (caching, queues, background jobs).\n\nComfortable designing scalable systems and optimizing for performance.\n\nFamiliar with authentication, authorization, and API security best practices.\n\nExperience working in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.\n\nYou take ownership, communicate
