eliminate downtime\nIdentify root cause issues and fix them fast\nAdjust processes to prevent defects and reduce scrap\nProgram and adjust robotics (3-axis experience a plus)\nSupport mold changes to molding processes\nSolid understanding of resins and processing fundamentals\n2+ years of injection molding experience preferred\nStrong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting ability\nExperience with 3-axis robotics/programming is a plus\nWillingness to learn, adapt, and stay current with evolving technology\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand and move throughout the shift\nFrequent use of hands for handling, adjusting, and operating equipment\nOccasional bending, kneeling, climbing, and balancing\nAbility to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs as
