This opportunity has the responsibility for supporting complex program launches, as well as review current programs and machines for improving production efficiency. This role is ideal for those with extensive process engineering experience in the injection molding industry.\nWhy Revere?\nShift differential of $2.00 per hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts.\nOvertime and bonus opportunities may be offered.\nWeekly Pay.\nStart earning Paid Time Off your first week of hire!\nCasual Dress Code!\nBenefits available Day 1.\nPay commensurate with experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nSafety first mindset. Ensure all safety features are functioning, such as drop bar and safety switches.\nMaximize uptime on all machine centers with the objective of reducing and eliminating downtime.\nSet molds, startup and troubleshoot injection molding process.\nDocument all process parameters on documents to the Master Setup Sheets.\nEnsure all process parameters and mold protection settings meet process specifications.\nMake necessary adjustments to prevent part defects.\nRespond to all Quality and Operator issues regarding parts and processes.\nMaintain and improve manufacturing efficiencies.\nDrive reduction of scrap through elimination of mold conditions using corrective action and mold maintenance forms.\nMaintain a neat and clean environment at all times.\nIdentify maintenance concerns/issues and assist with resolution.\nParticipate in mold change activities to reduce downtime and to increase uptime and throughput.\nAssist with training Process Technicians and Operators as needed.\nRequirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\n3-5 years experience in troubleshooting injection molding preferred.\nMust be experienced in mold set-ups and troubleshooting.\nRobotics experience preferred.\nMust be willing to stay current with technology through continuous education.\nWorking knowledge of plant machinery, electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatic preferred.\nExperience in thermoplastic injection molding required.\nKnowledge of injection mold machines, tools, plastics, and robotics\nThis position may involve physical activity such as bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and sitting for long periods of time, in addition to lifting up to
