For example, Uber brings a simplified way to interact with\ncabs in the physical world, Bonobos brings a simplified way to interact with their\nphysical retail stores, and the Amazon Go store simplifies purchasing in its physical\nstores. Revi is looking to bring this way of interacting with physical locations to all\nconsumers, no matter what physical store you walk into.\nRevi offers businesses an in-store digital platform that allows businesses to build\nlong-lasting relationships with their customers and allows consumers to interact with\nany business they walk into digitally. Our product is a beautifully designed in-store\nself-ordering system where consumers can buy, pay, get rewards, and much more.\nThe data collected is leveraged to improve the ordering experience and attract new\nconsumers. With a fresh round of Series A funding from top Silicon Valley seed\ninvestors, we are ready to pursue a multi-billion dollar opportunity.\nThe Revi Role\nWe’re looking for a contract Technical Recruiter to support a 3-6 month\nengagement, with the potential to extend based on business needs. This role requires\ndeep, hands-on expertise in the Bay Area market (San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose,\nand the South Bay) and a strong local network. The recruiter will focus exclusively on\nin-office hiring, partnering closely with teams to source and close top Engineers,\nProduct Managers, and Product Designers, while delivering a high-touch,\nfast-moving candidate experience.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn full-cycle recruiting for priority technical roles: sourcing→screening→coordination→offer process support\nBuild and operate repeatable pipelines for: Software Engineering (primarily in-office), Product Management, Product Design\nPartner tightly with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, calibrate candidate quality, and keep processes moving\nDrive high-signal outreach tailored to Bay Area candidates (networks, referrals, targeted sourcing, market mapping)\nRun tight process management: funnel health, stage conversion, candidate experience, scheduling hygiene, close support\nProvide weekly reporting on pipeline metrics, bottlenecks, and recommended adjustments\nWhat we expect you'll bring to the role\nProven track record recruiting in the Bay Area tech ecosystem (this is not optional)\nHands-on sourcer who can consistently generate qualified pipelines (not just manage inbound)\nExperience recruiting for at least two of the three functions: Engineering, PM, Product Design (all three is ideal)\nStrong market intuition: compensation bands, competitive landscape, candidate motivations, and “why now” narratives\nHigh-urgency operator: comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and short feedback loops\nStrong stakeholder management: can push back, recalibrate, and keep hiring teams aligned without drama\nEarly-stage / high-growth startup recruiting experience\nExperience recruiting for in-office/hybrid teams in San Francisco\nFamiliarity recruiting AI/ML-adjacent engineering
