When our agent makes a mistake -\nbooks outside hours, dispatches to the wrong zip code, promises a service the\nbusiness doesn't offer - it costs our customers real money. Your job is to\nbuild the systems that prevent that.\nThis is a high-ownership role. You'll work end-to-end across a Python/FastAPI\nbackend, a Next.js/TypeScript dashboard, and the LangGraph workflows that\ndrive agent behavior. You'll partner directly with product, design, and\nleadership, ship in production, and influence the direction of the platform.\nWhat You Will Do\n- Build and evolve LangGraph workflows that handle SMS and voice conversations\nfor enterprise operators\n- Ship features end-to-end across a Python/FastAPI backend and a\nNext.js/TypeScript dashboard\n- Work in a multi-tenant Supabase/Postgres environment where every query is\naccount-scoped (RLS, JWT-based access)\n- Build the eval frameworks that catch agent regressions before they reach\ncustomers - we treat eval quality as a first-class engineering discipline\n- Integrate with messy real-world CRMs (Salesforce, ServiceTitan,\nLeadPerfection, AccuLynx) where the data is never clean\n- Partner with the voice team on real-time agent behavior (LiveKit + OpenAI\nRealtime)\n- Optimize the omnichannel experience across SMS, voice, and email\nWho You Are\n- 4-8 years of full-stack experience shipping production software at a\nstartup, high-velocity SaaS, or AI-driven company\n- Production LLM experience - you've shipped LLM-powered features that real\ncustomers depend on, not just prototypes or internal tools\n- Fluent in Python (FastAPI) and TypeScript (Next.js, React Query)\n- Comfortable working in multi-tenant production systems - RLS, account-scoped\nqueries, JWT-based access\n- Experience debugging APIs, tracing distributed issues, and working with\nevent-driven systems and unstructured data pipelines\n- A continuous learner comfortable operating in ambiguity. You ship, learn,\nand adapt.\n- Customer-obsessed - you want to be close to the people using what you build\nBonus:\n- LangGraph, LangChain, or other agent frameworks in production\n- Real-time voice/audio work (LiveKit, Daily.co, Twilio Voice)\n- Observability tooling for LLM systems (Langfuse, LangSmith, Helicone)\nDon't Apply If\n- You wait for instructions instead of taking initiative\n- You want a predictable, low-ownership role.
