We hope you’ll be part of taking innovative solutions to market with the worldwide leader in retail pricing.\nSr Product Owner\nPosition Overview\nThe Product Owner works closely with the Product Manager, other Product team members, business stakeholders, and customers to both understand and contribute to the overall product strategy. In addition, the Product Owner converts the product vision and roadmap into highly detailed user stories and supports the Scrum Team during their engineering efforts in order to deploy Enterprise-level solutions that achieve target business outcomes.\nRole & Responsibilities:\nConvert product vision and strategy defined by Product Management into highly detailed requirements that will be utilized by the Scrum Team during their engineering efforts.\nPrioritize and manage product backlog items to determine what needs to be built, and when, in order to deliver the maximum business value and deliver on customer commitments.\nLead detailed requirements gathering efforts on features as needed - consulting with product management, design, engineering, other business stakeholders, and customers.\nCreate detailed user stories for features with defined acceptance criteria that may be broken down to fit into a single sprint.\nLead backlog grooming to refine and estimate user stories.\nLead scrum meetings including stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.\nEnsure use cases and customer expectations align with delivered solution\nAct as primary product “owner” and liaison between multiple departments, including design, engineering, implementations, sales, and customers.\nConduct product acceptance testing protocol for the development organization you work with to ensure highest quality and customer experience \nQualifications:\nBachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field\nMinimum 3+ years experience working as a scrum Product Owner or Business Analyst gathering requirements and writing detailed user stories.\nEquivalent combination of education and experience acceptable \nScrum or Product Owner Certification preferred\nExperience working in an agile, iterative-based development environment using Scrum\nExperience in an active role in the planning, development, and deployment of multiple high-value Enterprise-level features preferred\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.\nStrong teamwork, organization, and problem resolution skills \nSelf-starter with proven ability to deliver results with minimal assistance is a must\nBasic data querying and exploration skills (Excel, SQL, Tableau etc.) with working knowledge of databases and ETL processes\nExperience with Jira, Teams, Claude, MS Office preferred\nFamiliarity with AI and Agentic development lifecycles, processes and technologies a plus\nAbility to travel\nWe offer a competitive total rewards package including a base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location.
