We champion our employees and celebrate our consumers.\nWe are Revlon, together, transforming beauty.\nThis role is an Onsite Role: This role requires full-time presence at our Oxford, North Carolina office.\nOverview:\nThe Sr Project Engineering Manager leads assigned capital projects supporting manufacturing and engineering initiatives.\nResearch, develop, and implement new manufacturing technologies, equipment, tooling, and automation for new and established products.\nContract and manage outside equipment construction services.\nWork with R&D, marketing, packaging, suppliers and plants to execute manufacturing friendly new product launches.\nProvide technical support to manufacturing.\n\nResponsibilities:\nResearch and develop automation and manufacturing concepts, including justification, technical feasibility, specifications, timeline and cost for existing and new products.\nLead and coordinate the design, development and installation of equipment that will give Revlon unique technological capabilities and products.\nParticipate with R&D, marketing, packaging and industrial engineering in the creation and development of new products.\nInterface with internal stakeholders during all phases of the project development and implementation to insure that the final results meet their expectations.\nProvide technical specifications for equipment to be purchased. Conduct acceptance testing at fabricator facility.\nIdentify and evaluate cost saving opportunities.\nKeep abreast of the latest developments in commercial packaging equipment and processes.\nDesign and manage the building of equipment working with outside machine shops and equipment vendors\nManage implementation of machine modifications, tooling and upgrades to meet changing production requirements.\nUtilize project management tools in the developing and execution of projects.\nParticipate in formulating directions, ideas, policies and plans for the Engineering and Automation department.\nSupervise machine start up and training; provide manuals.\nSupervise equipment validation process.\nMaintain accurate engineering records including “as built” drawings and documentation.\nQualifications:\nBS in Engineering or equivalent experience.\n8-10 years of experience\nThorough technical knowledge of packaging equipment and systems.\nProject management skills.\nMachine design capability utilizing CAD\nAbility to lead, motivate and organize professional and craft workforce.\nAbility to methodically troubleshoot complex systems and equipment.\nShift hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm\nRevlon is unable to sponsor or transfer employment visas for this role; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa support.\nThe base pay range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 / year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Employees are covered by the company-paid basic life insurance policy and company-paid short-term disability insurance (the benefit commences upon hire and allows for a portion of base salary for up to 26 weeks if you are disabled).
