The role works closely with the Customer Business Development team and cross-functional partners to coordinate promotional programs, product listings, launches, customer requirements and business reporting. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong organization, attention to detail and proactive follow-through, as well as an interest in understanding how customer needs, retail execution and business performance connect. The Coordinator will have exposure to customer-facing business processes, retail programs, sales and inventory data, and cross-functional planning, providing a strong foundation for continued growth within the organization.\nResponsibilities:\nCustomer & Promotional Execution\nCoordinate promotional and display programs end-to-end, including timelines, submissions, requirements and execution follow-up.\nWork closely with CBD, Customer Logistics and cross-functional partners to ensure customer commitments are delivered on time.\nCoordinate directly with retail partners as required to clarify requirements, timelines and execution details.\nMaintain visibility to key promotional, seasonal and customer deadlines.\nItem & Listing Management\nCoordinate new item listings, item setup, customer forms and product information changes.\nSupport reline, renovation and assortment-related submissions and requirements.\nCoordinate discontinued-item, return authorization and related documentation.\nMaintain accurate customer and item information across required systems and trackers.\nOrder & Launch Readiness\nMonitor launch readiness, product availability and delivery timing against customer commitments.\nFlag potential risks and coordinate follow-up cross functionally.\nSupport resolution of customer execution issues by connecting the appropriate internal partners and maintaining visibility through completion.\nBusiness Performance & Analysis.\nPull and organize POS and non-EDI customer reporting.\nSupport customer and business performance reviews with reporting and analysis.\nSupport inventory and forecast analysis, identifying gaps and escalating risks as appropriate.\nSupport competitive analysis when required\nBusiness Planning & Team Support\nMaintain customer trackers, promotional calendars and key business deadlines.\nSupport joint business planning activities led by the CBD team.\nPrepare information and materials for customer meetings, business reviews and internal discussions.\nCoordinate follow up across teams to ensure actions and commitments remain visible and on track.\nWho you Are:\nPost-secondary education plus a minimum of two (2) years recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:\nStrong organizational and prioritization skills.\nStrong Excel/data analysis skills and comfort working with sales, inventory and customer data.\nClear written and verbal communication skills.\nComfortable working cross functionally and following up with multiple stakeholders to drive completion.\nCurious, proactive and eager to understand how customer decisions, retail execution and business performance connect.\nAbility to work independently while knowing when to seek direction or escalate an issue.\nCPG, retail or customer facing experience an asset.\nDegree in business management or marketing an asset.\nBilingualism an asset (fr/eng).\nRevlon is unable to sponsor or transfer employment visas for this role; candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.\n#LI-Hybrid #LI-CH2\nThe base pay range for this position is C$52,000 - C$56,000/ year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Employees are covered by the co-paid basic life insurance policy and short-term disability insurance.
