We’re looking for a confident, proactive and people-focused People Partner to join our HR team.\nThis is a broad HR generalist role with a strong employee relations focus, providing hands-on HR support and guidance across both our Head Office and Retail populations. You’ll manage your own client group and act as a trusted partner to managers, helping them navigate a wide range of people matters while ensuring a consistent, fair and commercially pragmatic approach.\nWorking across different employee populations will be a key part of the role. You’ll need to be comfortable adapting your communication style and HR approach to engage effectively with employees and managers at all levels, from our retail teams and line managers through to senior stakeholders within Head Office.\nYou’ll bring strong experience of managing employee relations cases from start to finish, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and other complex employee matters. You’ll be comfortable coaching managers, applying UK employment law and company policies in practice, and balancing a positive employee experience with the needs of the business.\nAlongside employee relations, you’ll support the wider employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, organisational change and key people initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.\nResponsibilities:\nAct as a trusted HR partner and first point of contact for managers within your client group, providing practical and commercially focused HR advice.Manage employee relations cases from end to end, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, absence and capability matters, ensuring a fair, consistent and timely approach.\n\nProvide confident advice on UK employment law, HR policies and best practice, identifying and escalating potential risks where appropriate.\n\nCoach and support managers to build their confidence in handling people matters and having effective and sometimes challenging conversations.\n\nSupport organisational change and employee consultation processes, ensuring employees and managers are appropriately supported throughout.\n\nBuild strong relationships with managers and employees across our head office and field-based populations, developing a good understanding of their teams and people priorities.\n\nSupport absence management and employee wellbeing, helping managers identify appropriate interventions and support.Lead and support end-to-end recruitment within your client group, from developing job adverts and supporting selection through to offer and onboarding.\n\nSupport key stages of the employee lifecycle, including probation, performance reviews, internal moves and leavers.\n\nSupport global HR programmes and initiatives, ensuring they are effectively implemented and embedded locally.\n\nWork closely with the wider HR team to ensure HR processes, contracts, employee changes and people data are accurate and effectively managed.\n\nContribute to wider people initiatives across employee engagement, wellbeing, diversity & inclusion and continuous improvement.\n\nIdentify trends and recurring people issues within your client group and work collaboratively with managers and the HR team to develop practical solutions.\n\nContribute to HR projects and continually look for opportunities to improve the employee and manager experience.\n\nWho you are:\nProven experience in an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, People Partner or similar generalist role.\nStrong, hands-on employee relations experience, with confidence managing cases independently from initial advice through to resolution.\nPractical knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.\nExperience supporting disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability and absence processes.\nComfortable working with diverse employee populations across both office and operational/retail environments.\nAble to adapt your communication and influencing style to different audiences and levels of seniority, building credibility with everyone from frontline employees to senior leaders.\nConfident managing your own client group and balancing multiple, sometimes competing, priorities.\nA pragmatic and solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to challenge constructively when required.\nStrong relationship-building skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally.\nHighly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience supporting recruitment and the broader employee lifecycle.\nQualifications:\nCIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience is desirable but not necessary.\n#LI-Hybrid\nApplicant Data Protection Disclosure:\nWhen you apply to a job on this site, the personal data contained in your application will be collected by Revlon Consumer Products LLC (“Controller”), and its operating affiliates.
