This role is hands-on and requires flexibility to work across furnace operations, casting, and downstream finishing to meet production, safety, and quality requirements.\n\nJob Duties and Responsibilities\nFollow all safety procedures, risk assessments, and standard work for molten metal handling and production activities.\nMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, equipment, and tools.\nIdentify and report safety, quality, or process issues promptly.\nReceive, handle, and organize raw and alloying materials for production.\nPrepare metal batches according to production plans and specifications.\nOperate furnace systems, including charging, stirring, skimming, and metal transfer.\nTake and identify metal samples for analysis.\nPrepare casting equipment including tables, molds, launders, and degassing systems.\nStart, monitor, and complete casting processes in line with procedures.\nMonitor product quality during casting and adjust to maintain standards.\nPerform post-cast activities including cleaning, inspection, and preparation for the next run.\nSaw, mark, bundle, and prepare billets for storage or shipment.\nInspect finished products and report defects or non-conformance.\nMaintain accurate product identification, traceability, and documentation.\nTransport and store materials safely using approved equipment.\nComplete production, batch, and traceability records accurately.\nSupport testing activities (e.g., OES sampling, ultrasonic testing, process checks).\nIdentify and escalate quality deviations.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience in manufacturing, metals processing, or industrial environments preferred.\nAbility to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.\nStrong focus on safety, quality, and attention to detail.\nComfortable working in a physically demanding, shift-based environment.\n\nWorking Conditions\nExposure to industrial manufacturing conditions including heat, noise, moving equipment, and aluminum production processes.\nRequired use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated
