You’ll also be responsible for all warehouse transactions, as well as the upkeep and maintenance of the branch warehouse environment and equipment.\nWhat You'll Do\nPerform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking for shipments.\nLoad and unload products from trucks or containers.\nBreak down, separate, and receive incoming shipments.\nMove products to storage areas using proper equipment and expertly stack and store raw materials.\nMaintain inventory control by determining what is available and what is not, completing cycle counts and regular inventory counts, investigating inventory deltas, etc.\nPrepare products by separating products and marking products with identifying information.\nReceive materials by moving materials and accurately checking what was received against what was expected.\nPut away materials by tracking lots and expiration dates and managing efficient storage.\nWork cross-departmentally with production, sanitation, maintenance, etc.\nPick materials through the requisition process by determining production needs and staging needed materials for production as they are needed.\nResponsible for all warehouse transactions.\nMaintain the branch warehouse environment and equipment.\nWhat You Bring\nAbility to work a flexible schedule, covering varied shifts, including weekend work.\nGood attendance and punctuality.\nAbility to set priorities and problem-solve while working under pressure and thriving in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to be a self-starter who is responsible for common routines.\nAbility to read, count, follow basic instructions, and apply basic math skills.\nAbility to work as part of a team and individually to accomplish the work.\nEffective communication and customer service skills.\nAbility to think on your feet and quickly adapt.\nTeamwork-oriented mindset.\nAbility to read and understand basic English at 75% capacity.\nAbility to write and speak basic English at 25%.\nKnowledge of GMPs.\nBasic math skills, including the ability to use a calculator to make basic calculations involving addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.\nMinimum of 1 year of experience using ERP systems.\nMinimum of 1 year of experience using forklifts and electric pallet jacks, with an emphasis in a cold/wet working environment, or the equivalent of a minimum of 2 years of experience using forklifts and electric pallet jacks with an emphasis in a dry working environment or warehouse.\nMinimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or food production environment; food production is preferred.\nMinimum of 1 year of experience completing inventory counts, administrative tasks, or data entry.\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred.\nOSHA experience preferred.\n3+ years of experience using ERP systems preferred.\n3+ years of experience using forklifts and electric pallet jacks, with an emphasis in a cold/wet working environment, or the equivalent of a minimum of 2 years of experience using forklifts and electric pallet jacks with an emphasis in a dry working environment or warehouse preferred.\n3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or food production environment; food production is preferred.\n3+ years of experience completing inventory counts, administrative tasks, or data entry preferred.\nWorking Conditions\nAbility to lift 50 pounds and physically perform the requirements of the position.\nMobility is necessary to work at all levels of the building.\nFrequently required to push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.\nRegularly required to stand 100% of the working shift if required by job responsibilities.\nAble to always control moving equipment.\nAbility to work in a cold storage warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from -15 degrees to 55 degrees for extended periods of time.\nShift & Hours\nFlexible schedule, covering varied shifts, including weekend work.\nOvertime work is sometimes required.\nBase Pay\n$17.61 USD/hourly\nRevolution Foods provides reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities in accordance with the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other applicable laws.
