The work includes modernization of legacy applications, development of new cloud-native solutions, and implementation of DevSecOps and scaled Agile practices across the organization.\nThe core challenge: orchestrating complex, multi-contractor delivery while transforming both technology and operating models without disrupting mission-critical operations.\nPosition Description\nAs a Lead Solutions Architect at Revolutional, you will define and drive enterprise solution architecture strategy and governance across a large-scale federal modernization program.\nYou will work across architecture, engineering, operations, security, and program leadership teams to design and govern scalable, secure, and interoperable solutions spanning applications, integrations, cloud platforms, enterprise data ecosystems, and operational systems.\nThis role requires someone who can balance long-term architectural vision with operational delivery realities, while establishing architecture standards, modernization roadmaps, and governance practices supporting enterprise transformation initiatives.\nResponsibilities\nProvide technical leadership across enterprise solution architecture efforts within a large-scale modernization program\nDesign end-to-end enterprise architectures spanning applications, integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and operational systems\nLead system-of-systems (SoS) integration efforts across multiple systems, vendors, contractors, and enterprise platforms\nDefine and govern architecture standards, roadmaps, patterns, reference architectures, and modernization strategies\nLead Technical Review Boards (TRBs), architecture governance reviews, and development of architecture artifacts and decision documentation\nAssess legacy and on-premises systems and define modernization and migration roadmaps to cloud-native architectures\nDesign scalable, resilient, highly available, and fault-tolerant solutions supporting enterprise-scale operations and high-volume processing\nDefine and govern multi-cloud architecture strategies including standards for naming, tagging, integration, messaging, and operational governance\nDesign and govern APIs, messaging systems, event-driven architectures, and distributed integration patterns\nEnsure architectures align with federal security and compliance frameworks including NIST, FedRAMP, ATO processes, Zero Trust, and secure SDLC requirements\nEnable full lifecycle DevSecOps integration through architecture supporting CI/CD automation, governance, large-scale modernization initiatives\nProven experience designing and governing enterprise-scale architectures across distributed systems environments\nExperience operating within Agile and SAFe/scaled Agile delivery frameworks\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance\nTechnical Capabilities\nStrong experience designing end-to-end enterprise architectures across application, integration, cloud, and data domains\nExperience leading system-of-systems (SoS) integration efforts across multiple vendors, contractors, and enterprise platforms\nExperience with
