It’s the perfect job for someone who wants to break into the fast-growing tech space and pursue a dynamic career early in their journey. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound cold calling to generate new opportunities, handling inbound sales inquiries, following up on marketing campaigns, and collaborating with our sales team to build our pipeline.\nAs an essential member of the sales team, you’ll have an excellent opportunity to further your career and personal growth, working closely with experienced Account Executives to research, create personalized communication, and get creative with your outreach. You will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact and be rewarded accordingly!\nThis role has an outlined growth path to move into a full-close Account Executive position.\nResponsibilities:\nRepresent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs\nGenerate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets\nBuild a pipeline of interested prospects through outbound efforts and handoff to Account Executives to close\nAchieve daily activity metrics and demo creation KPIs to create a pipeline of opportunities\nConduct high-level conversations with mid and senior-level prospects, explaining the value proposition of RevolutionParts\nRequirements:\n0-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing environment\nDemonstrable experience and proficiency in high-pressure, competitive situations\nFearless with a \"no stone unturned\" mentality\nWillingness to try new concepts and open to coaching\nPassion for technology\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, startup team environment; you're a meticulous, innovative, creative thinker, never satisfied with the status quo\nYou have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal; you have a track record of giving successful presentations\nExperience using Salesforce is a plus\nAI Fluency & Modern Tooling\nAt RevolutionParts, we expect team members to actively use modern tools - including AI-powered systems - to improve decision-making, productivity, and quality of work.\nThis includes:\nUsing AI tools responsibly to accelerate research, analysis, documentation, and problem-solving\nExercising strong judgment around data privacy, accuracy, and ethical use\nContinuously learning and adapting as AI capabilities evolve\nProven examples of using AI to improve outcomes in prior roles is expected.\nRevolutionParts is proud to provide all full-time Revolutionaries with a comprehensive employment package including competitive compensation, career development, benefits, 401K match, parental leave, and many more valuable perks.
