Other duties may be assigned.\nManage stock levels, logistics and sell through - Leading discussions with Store Leadership and corporate partners to ensure we have the right product at the right time for the customer.\n\nEnsure back of house is kept organized through direct management of a back of house dedicated stock team, using SOPs and building structure where necessary\n\nPartner with REVOLVE Warehouse team for logistics, prioritizing workflow for both parties and minimizing cost wherever possible\n\nUphold consistent inventory accuracy and controls in store through process and programs. Lead & train the team in store to ensure consistent deliverables.\n\nContribute to Loss Prevention in all areas of the business, set expectations & own training for the store team.\n\nEnsure facility maintenance, presentation and organization.\n\nSupport management of Operational budgets for the store, including Supplies & Facilities.\n\nUnderstand current culture and areas for improvement, work with Store Leadership for constant improvement through activations, recognition, and thorough communication\n\nPartner with sales floor team to maintain general understanding of the front of house, knowing that each side of the business can only be successful if both work together seamlessly\n\nRequired Competencies:\nTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:\nMinimum of 3 years Retail Management Experience required.\nLuxury retail management experience preferred.\n\nBack of House or Operational roles preferred.\n\nMotivated and willing to go above and beyond to service the client\n\nExperience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, cross functional team environment setting.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities\n\nThe drive to take on new challenges with the self-motivation for continuous personal and team development\n\nThe ability to set clear objectives and inspire the team to reach their highest potential\n\nAbility to set the standard for operational efficiency, adhering to processes and systems to maximize team and business results, and identifying opportunities for improvement\n\nThe skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes\n\nAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment\n\nA proactive and entrepreneurial sense of urgency and ability to prioritize important work\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nAvailable to work a minimum of 40 hours per week\n\nMust have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts\n\nUnderstanding of Retail Labor Laws\n\nGSuite experience a plus\n\nAbility to bend, lift, open and move product up to 50 lbs.\n\nFor individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role.
