In return, we promise to keep REVOLVE a company where inspired people will always thrive.\nTo take a behind the scenes look at the REVOLVE “corporate” lifestyle check out our Instagram @REVOLVEcareers or #lifeatrevolve.\nAre you ready to set the standard for Premium apparel?\nMain purpose of the Facilities Coordinator role:\nThis is a full-time role for a candidate who will support and assist the facilities team in the responsibilities of making sure the buildings and their services meet the needs and safety of the employees that work in them across company offices, warehouses, and retail stores.\nThe Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of building maintenance and repairs including but not limited to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.\nThe coordinator will work closely with vendors, contractors, landlord and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of all facilities-related activities, including equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and space utilization.\nMajor Responsibilities:\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\nCommunicate with landlord, property management and neighboring business when needed. \nCoordinate with all vendors and stakeholders on service calls, network issues, estimates and repairs. \nConduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance repairs, safety concerns, and other building \nrelated issues. \nMaintain an inventory of equipment and supplies including reordering items as necessary. \nMonitor budgets and expenses while recommending cost-saving measures \nSafety and Compliance:\nConduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.\nWork closely with the Safety Coordinator to implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures, ensuring the protection of employees and property. Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and compliance activities.\nRequired Competencies:\nTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:\nConstruction, maintenance, and repair knowledge related to building and facility upkeep\nFamiliarity with material handling equipment and conveyor systems\nAvailable to manage multiple projects simultaneously \nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders\nAbility to think proactively and drive tasks to completion\nMinimum Qualifications:\nExperience in facilities management and/or operations\nExperience with Microsoft Word, Email, Excel and other related computer software\nMust be physically capable of working in conditions normally associated with a warehouse or distribution center such as warm and cold temperatures\nFluent in English \nPreferred Qualifications: \nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nFluent in English and Spanish\nProficient with Microsoft Word, Email, Excel and other related computer softwareAbility to bend, lift, open and move product up to 35 lbs\n\nA successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
