The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient completion of all procurement-related activities.\nMajor Responsibilities:\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned\nAssist with supply management, procurement and order tracking Monday- Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm\nLight data entry\nReceive, pick, pack and ship warehouse supplies using an assortment tool ranging from, but not limited to the use of a forklift, walking stacker, pallet jack, cart or dollies.\nRespond to order requests and communicate with vendors and internal customers\nRequired Competencies:\nTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:\nMust be able to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality of work\nAbility to bend, lift, open and move product up to 50 lbs, climb and stand on ladders.\nAbility to be flexible and willing to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.\nMaintain a safe working area and adhere to the safety rules and best practices established by the company. \nMust be physically capable of working in conditions normally associated with a merchandise warehouse or distribution center, such as, but not limited to, warm and cold temperatures.\nEffective communicator\nAbility to work cross functionally with many different people and teams\nMinimum Qualifications:\n2 years clerical and warehouse experience\nExperience with Microsoft office, Excel, and email\nMust be physically capable of working in conditions normally associated with a warehouse or distribution center such as warm and cold temperatures\nFluent in English\nMust have a valid forklift certification.\nMust have a professional presentation and be able to follow rules and regulations clearly \nMust have a driver license to deliver items to different locations. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nFluent in English and Spanish\nExperience with an inventory management system\nAbility to bend, lift, open and move product up to 50 lbs.\nA successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
