The Store manager should be passionate about fashion and styling and has the ability to cultivate and grow a customer following in-store, support the management team and represent the REVOLVE brand and image.\nMajor Responsibilities:\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\nMonitor and assess retail store performance, including sales, profit, product levels by season, and general compliance with company standards and policies.\nExecute strategies to increase sales and profitability in store & deliver strong results through positive year over year growth and stable KPIs.\nApply a strong understanding of business acumen to drive the business, identify opportunities, and build longterm solutions.\nOwnership of operational execution of the store to achieve necessary revenue targets while balancing budget and expenses.\nUphold consistent inventory accuracy and controls in store.\nAddress customer complaints in partnership with VP of Retail and resolve issues as they arise to retain customers and drive customer loyalty.\nDrive the execution of an elevated client experience acting as a brand ambassador - embody brand values, engage customers on the brand.\nPartner with HR & Recruiting team on staffing and hiring\nPartner directly with your Direct Supervisor and HR team for support on performance discussions, safety discussions, and any other HR issues.\nProvide real-time and weekly feedback on product and sales performance to corporate partners to influence allocations and the success of the business\nManage the day-to-day performance of the retail store team, enabling an incredible employee experience.\nRequired Competencies:\nTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:\nStrong analytical skills, Strong understanding of industry trends and market awareness\nStrong understanding of physical retail economics and store productivity metrics\nAbility to make nuanced assortment decisions within finite selling space\nAnalytical thinker with strong retail math and OTB expertise\nGood judgment, creativity, and enthusiasm\nAbility to balance brand equity, trend relevance, and inventory turn\nAbility to develop strong, synergistic relationships with a multitude of teams and personnel including: Retail Operations\nVisual Merchandising\nPlanning\nMarketing\nBrand Partnerships\n\nAbility to synthesize qualitative store feedback with quantitative performance data\nHighly organized with strong multitasking and prioritization skills\nCapable self-manager and team leader\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment\nRequired Competencies:\nTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:\nMinimum of 5 years Retail Store Management Experience required.\no Luxury retail management experience preferred.\nProven experience in working within a sales driven environment - deliver sales results in line with business growth targets\nDrives growth through presenting new initiatives/ideas to improve the client experience and business as a whole\nCustomer centric - proven ability to foster and maintain personal relationships with clients to build brand loyalty for Revolve & FWRD\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, cross functional team environment setting\nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities (customers, team members, HQ partners, vendors, etc.)\nAbility to set clear objectives through direct communication and inspire the team to reach their highest potential\nAbility to set the standard for operational efficiency, adhering to processes and systems to maximize team and business results, and identifying opportunities for improvement\nAbility to stand, lift (within reason) on the sales floor and operationally in BOH\nAbility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to support the business\nStrong record of sourcing talent, developing retail teams, and maintaining a strong network within market\nMinimum Qualifications:\nAvailable to work a minimum of 40 hours per week\nMust have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends\nHas managed a business of at least 10M in annual Net Revenue\nHas managed exempt & non-exempt employees\nUnderstanding of Retail Labor Laws\nGSuite experience a plus\nA successful candidate thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
