Other duties may be assigned.\nMeasure and Monitor sales performance taking action to improve business performance when needed.\nOwnership of operational execution of the store to achieve necessary revenue targets while balancing budget and expenses.\nUse a high level of business acumen to understand the business drivers and opportunities and build solutions.\nConsistently meet and exceed store sales goals.\nDrive the execution of an elevated client experience acting as a brand ambassador - embody brand values, engage customers on the brand.\nAssist customers and monitor client interaction with the team and technology, provide in the moment coaching for continuous improvement\nTo create an optimal balance of sales and service by having the right people, in the right place at the right time through effective scheduling while achieving payroll goals\nUphold consistent inventory accuracy and controls in store. Lead & train the team in store to ensure consistent deliverables.\nContribute to Loss Prevention in all areas of the business, set expectations & own training for the store team.\nEnsure facility maintenance, presentation and organization.\nLead merchandising presentation and concept standards utilizing retail & product reporting to regularly strategize for the customer experience and productivity of the business.\nProvide real-time and weekly feedback on product and sales performance to corporate partners to influence allocations and the success of the business\nEnsure the selling floor reflects the brand and concept standards at all times, train staff and develop talent in visual merchandising\nTo manage the day-to-day performance of the retail teams, enabling an incredible employee experience.\nAccountable for hiring and training the store team across all areas of the business.\nProvide performance feedback to ensure growth, change and results\nUnderstand current culture and areas for improvement, work with FWRD Pop-Up Project Manager for constant improvement through activations, recognition, and thorough communication\nManage schedule to support after hours events.\nRequired Competencies:\nTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:\nMinimum of 5 years Retail Experience required.\nMinimum of 4 years Retail Management Experience required.\nLuxury retail management experience preferred.\nCandidates must also be outgoing, energetic, professional and good representatives of our brand and be able to emanate the FWRD brand life-style\nProven experience in working within a sales driven environment - deliver sales results in line with business growth targets\nProactive sales approach - able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the client experience and drive sales\nCustomer centric - proven ability to foster and maintain personal relationships with clients to build brand loyalty to FWRD\nMotivated and willing to go above and beyond to service the client\nDevelop one-to-one client relationships through regular communication (If we do this right, sales associates would be getting clients info and texting when new merchandise arrives in store!)\nExperience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, cross functional team environment setting.\nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities\nThe drive to take on new challenges with the self-motivation for continuous personal and team development\nThe ability to set clear objectives and inspire the team to reach their highest potential\nAbility to set the standard for operational efficiency, adhering to processes and systems to maximize team and business results, and identifying opportunities for improvement\nThe skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes\nA proactive and entrepreneurial sense of urgency and ability to prioritize important work\nMinimum Qualifications:\nAvailable to work a minimum of 40 hours per week\nMust have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts\nUnderstanding of Retail Labor Laws\nGSuite experience a plus\nA successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
