Other duties may be assigned.\nVisual Merchandisers support the Assistant Visual Manager and the Visual Leads in the execution of all visual initiatives, including floor sets, event preparation, and general maintenance.\nPartner with the visual leads to ensure all displays are current according to the latest directive and set to standard, as well as communicate around any outstanding tasks or needs\n\nManage salesfloor replenishment in order to support the business during busy hours.\n\nCommunicate with the store team about new products received, merchandising changes, and any other visual updates that occur on your floor.\n\nRegularly audit the salesfloor to ensure all displays meet Revolve standards.\n\nPartner with the operations team to ensure all styles are out and flow of product is managed as necessary.\n\nRequired Competencies:\nTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:\nPrior experience in a retail setting where visual merchandising or creative duties were performed.\nAn eye for detail and passion for contemporary and designer fashion & trends.\nCandidates must be collaborative and team-oriented, passionate, and adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\nStrong communication and organizational skills.\nComfort engaging with clients at a high level of customer service when necessary.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nComputer and iPhone proficient\nAbility to bend, lift, open and move product up to 50 lbs\nMinimum of 2 years retail experience \nA successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
