across platforms such as LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, WhatsApp, and industry groups.\nCreate discussions, polls, webinars, AMAs, networking activities, and other community initiatives.\nBuild relationships with affiliates, operators, founders, creators, partners, and industry professionals.\nResearch, invite, and coordinate guests for podcasts, interviews, webinars, and event content.\nHelp prepare interview topics, questions, guest briefs, and promotional content.\nCo-host podcasts and interviews, with the opportunity to host independently as you develop.\nRepresent the brands at conferences, webinars, and networking events.\nWork with content, marketing, SEO, design, and partnerships teams to grow the reach of community and media content.\nTrack community growth, engagement, content performance, and audience feedback.\nRequirements:\nAt least two years of experience in community management, media, content, podcasting, social media, PR, or a related role.\nExcellent spoken and written English.\nStrong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.\nComfortable speaking with people, appearing on camera, and moderating conversations.\nOrganised, proactive, and able to manage several projects and deadlines.\nAn understanding of community engagement, digital content, and audience growth.\nExperience with platforms such as LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, or similar communities.\nExperience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, media, or digital publishing is highly preferred but not essential.\nNice to Have:\nPodcast, webinar, interview, or public-speaking experience.\nAn existing network within iGaming or affiliate marketing.\nExperience working with creators, affiliates, influencers, or
