configuration and daily management of our Hotelizer PMS\nInvestigate and resolve technical issues related to PMS usage and integrations\nCollaborate with technical teams to solve more complex problems\nConduct virtual client training sessions and contribute to improving onboarding materials\nLog and analyze client feedback to improve service delivery and product functionality\nRequirements\n\nPrior experience using or supporting a Hotel PMS (e.g. Hotelizer, Protel, Opera, etc.)\nSolid knowledge of front-desk operations, reservations, and hotel systems\nPrevious experience in hospitality tech or hotel IT support is a strong plus\nFluency in Greek and English\nVery good computer skills and comfort with modern digital tools\nGood communication
