This individual will be responsible for configuring customer web applications (portals) and pay gateways for RevSpring customers.\nEssential Functions:\nGather, evaluate and organize customer requirements and translate to appropriate portal configurations\nAnalyze inbound data files and ensure data integrity\nSME (subject matter expert) for existing and new configuration options (for multiple applications)\nDocumentation and Training for existing and new configuration options\nDocumentation and maintaining customer configuration profiles\nWorking directly with Project Managers, Software Developers and Quality Assurance Analyst\nSome direct client communication is required\nMinimum Requirements:\nSpecific Job Skills:\nThorough knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)\nSQL skills (ability to write and execute SQL queries)\nGreat Attention to Detail and strong follow through skills\nExcellent Customer Service Skills\nOutstanding Communication skills (written and verbal)\nExperience coding and reviewing HTML / HTML 5\nHighly motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to work effectively within a team\nExcellent time management skills\nAbility to manage multiple projects, responsibilities and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment\nJava\nJSON\nJavaScript\nCSS\nACH (automated clearing house)\nEFT (electronic funds transfer)\nIVR (interactive voice response)\nETL / Data Warehouse\nUp to 10% travel may be required\nEducation: Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a minimum of two years’\nExperience: experience with software development and/or Quality Assurance testing software applications.\nSupervision: N/A\nCertifications: N/A\nLanguage Skills:\nAbility to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
