He/she is responsible for selected requirements gathering, design, configuration, and testing activities on assigned projects. The role will collaborate with client SME’s/stakeholders, the RevSpring Solution Delivery team, and other matrixed project resources to define and deliver the client’s RevSpring solution. The role is expected to actively drive best practices, adhere to prescribed implementation methodologies, and provide inputs into enhancing Solution Delivery implementation processes and collateral.\nEssential Functions:\nServes as the Implementation Consultant for assigned product(s). Primary focus of the role is two-fold:\nLead/perform requirements definition, solution design, configuration, and testing activities\nProvide project oversight/governance on selected single or multiproduct implementations\nCollaborates with Project Engineer, Solution Architects, Product Management, Support, Sales, and other Implementation Consultants on how to solve client business needs utilizing product base features\nMaintains a product focused discipline limiting custom configurations\nConfigures RevSpring printed communication, digital delivery, and payment solutions according to best practices\nWorks closely with the implementation team; keeping team members and stakeholders informed of the implementation status of projects/products they own\nParticipates in Architecture Review sessions to understand the scope of client implementations, strategic client direction, and any outstanding business needs\nCreates onboarding materials, templates, and process documents to effectively and accurately scale the onboarding process of direct and partner clients for RevSpring solutions\nProvides guidance to Solution Support teams, as required, to triage complex issues\nParticipates in transition meetings with Solution Support\nMaintains a strong working knowledge of RevSpring’s products, services, and systems\nUtilizes knowledge gained to offer direction/guidance to the team\nAdvises colleagues on product functionality, customer workflows, and best practices for troubleshooting\nActively participates in the development of the Solution Delivery implementation assets\nIntroduces and utilizes best practices\nExpected to learn selected RevSpring solutions and develop a high degree of specialization in 2-4 product areas\nCompletes assigned certification training courses\nMinimum Requirements:\nSpecific Job Skills:\nARM and RCM industry knowledge, HFMA/ARM training\nAttention to detail\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment\nExcellent interpersonal skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to organize and multi-task job responsibilities and prioritize effectively\nProven commitment to providing excellent customer service within all dimensions of the job duties on a consistent basis\nAbility to learn quickly and retain knowledge to apply to new situations\nUp to 10% travel may be required\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred\nExperience: 2-4 years’ experience in a software product implementations role within Healthcare and particularly revenue cycle management\nSupervision: N/A\nCertifications: N/A\nLanguage Skills:\nAbility to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
