They need one person who owns SEO across all of those client sites — not a task-taker, but the agency's in-house SEO expert.\n\nThe RoleThis is a \"Swiss Army knife\" SEO role. You won't be working on one website. You'll be working across a portfolio of client sites built on different platforms — WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and others — and you need to be comfortable jumping between them without hand-holding.\nOne day you're fixing crawl errors on a Webflow site. The next you're building out a local SEO plan for a service business, writing content briefs for an e-commerce client, and presenting a monthly report to the agency's account manager.
