Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys solving complex customer problems. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to build scalable digital products that improve user experience, drive business growth, and create measurable impact.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and post-launch optimisation.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritisation based on customer insights and business goals.
• Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
• Analyse product performance using data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive experimentation through A/B testing and continuous product optimisation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely execution and alignment on product objectives.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Prior experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum development teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to balance customer needs with business priorities.

• Experience with SEO strategies and organic growth initiatives.

• Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
• Basic understanding of SQL for product analysis.
