Our team of 11,000+ colleagues from around the globe are vital to our success and the reason we’re able to push boundaries in pursuit of better human health.\nFind your future at Revvity\nRevvity is searching for a Field Service Engineer to cover our customer base across the Benelux, supporting the wider Benelux-Nordics region as required.\nIn this role, the Field Service Engineer will act as the face of the company, ensuring customers’ needs are met or exceeded. The initial and primary focus of the role will be to support our Life Science and Diagnostic instruments.\nRole Description\nPerform field service as advised by Customer Care in conjunction with the Service Leader. Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of the current and future Life Science/Diagnostics instrument portfolio.\n\nProvide first-line onsite user training on Life Science and Diagnostics systems.\n\nOrganise routine maintenance allocated on a monthly basis.\n\nEnsure that all documentation, circuit diagrams, Service Data Bulletins, and manuals are of the correct revision to undertake service on specific instrument types.\n\nMaintain ancillary documentation, e.g., the Safety Manual and Procedures Manual, to the highest standard, with regular reviews of manuals provided in accordance with the Quality Management System.\n\nAlign personal working practices with the department’s performance targets and actively demonstrate compliance with all team targets.\n\nMaintain personal service spares issued and inventory records to the highest standard. Ensure all anomalies are quickly and effectively reported and resolved.\n\nEnsure all tools and test equipment are adequate to perform the required service and that all test equipment issued is calibrated at the specified times.\n\nComplete all Work Orders and associated documentation within a day of completion.
