Our team of 11,000+ colleagues from around the globe are vital to our success and the reason we’re able to push boundaries in pursuit of better human health.\nFind your future at Revvity\nKey Responsibilities\nSupply Chain Planning & Optimization\nDevelop and maintain demand forecasts for assigned product categories, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.\nManage inventory levels and replenishment strategies to meet service level targets while minimizing excess or obsolete stock.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline procurement processes, reduce lead times, and improve supply chain visibility.\nAnalyze historical data, monitor KPIs, and recommend process improvements to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.\nProcurement & Materials Management\nCreate and manage purchase orders for direct and indirect materials, ensuring on-time delivery.\nCollaborate with suppliers or internal manufacturing sites to expedite or reschedule orders based on changes in demand or supply.\nMaintain material master data in ERP systems, including item descriptions, lead times, and pricing.\nSupport supplier onboarding, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nSupplier Relationship Management\nServe as the primary procurement contact for assigned suppliers, building strong partnerships.\nNegotiate pricing, terms, and service level agreements to achieve the best commercial outcomes for Revvity.\nCollaborate with suppliers to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.\nMaintain comprehensive supplier performance data and scorecards.\nGlobal Coordination & Reporting\nCoordinate planning, procurement, and materials management activities across Revvity's global network of manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and commercial affiliates.\nProvide visibility and reporting on supply chain KPIs, inventory status, and procurement performance.\nSupport the development of strategic sourcing strategies and category management plans.\nContribute to the implementation of digital transformation initiatives, leveraging tools like SAP, Power BI, and advanced analytics.\nProfessional Development\nStay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply chain management.\nParticipate in continuous learning and training programs to enhance technical and leadership skills.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and share knowledge to drive operational excellence across Revvity.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field.\nMaster's degree in Supply Chain or MBA preferred.\nExperience\n5-8 years of experience in a Buyer, Planner, or Procurement role, preferably in a global, multi-site environment.\nProven track record of driving supply chain optimization and process improvements.\nExperience in the life sciences, diagnostics, or medical device industry is highly desirable.\nTechnical Skills\n Proficient in SAP ERP (or equivalent ERP system) for procurement, materials management, and reporting.\nSkilled in data analysis, forecasting, and KPI management using tools like Excel, Power BI, and SQL.\n Understanding of supply chain planning methodologies (e.g., MRP, S&OP, Lean, Six Sigma).\n Familiarity with digital supply chain technologies (e.g., automation, AI/ML, IoT) is a plus.\nCore Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities\nCollaborative cross-functional teamwork approach\nAdaptability and change management expertise\nStrategic planning and decision-making skills\nContinuous improvement mindset\nAbout Revvity\nRevvity is a global leader in life sciences, diagnostics, and applied genomics, dedicated to accelerating human health through innovation.
