This individual will be performing data entry, managing our warehouse management system “Perfect Pick”, Inventory adjustments for maintaining accuracy in our Enterprise Resource Planning system. They will also perform inventory cycle counts for maintaining accuracy of inventories for Finish Good Inventory and components. This individual must be detailed oriented and driven to keep up in a fast-paced environment. This position will work closely with Packaging, Customer Service, Planning, Manufacturing and Receiving/Shipping personnel. This individual must be able to update and maintain standard operation procedures and be able to create meetings, follow ups and be able to provide efficient trainings.\nEssential Functions\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nAssist in trouble shooting shipping errors\nMonitor Materials within packaging and shipping adjustments and errors.\nPerform data entry to document material transactions accurately.\nTransfer materials for internal customer use and for inventory needs\nMaintain accuracy of inventories for finish good inventory and components\nPerform inventory counts and perform adjustments in the ERP system.\nReconcile inventory discrepancies.\nOrganize and complete inventory related projects.\nDevelop and implement efficient inventory management procedures.\nCreate and maintain quality documents in accordance with the company’s ISO standards.\nRecommend system/process enhancement.\nWork independently on tasks and assigned duties.\nHandling questions and troubleshooting on task/processes.\nInstruct and facilitate new associates on performing tasks.\nTrack KPI metrics.\nInvestigate customer complaints externally and internally.\nReview and provide updates for written SOP and procedures.\nDocument processes and procedures used for the material handling.\nReview and update Tier II standard operation procedures\nManage special projects or responsibilities as may be required.\nFollow materials in house temperature and identification requirements.\nReport and communicate with Production, QC, Customer Service, receiving, Planning and Procurement groups to coordinate material and resource requirements to full fill production activities.\nEnsures compliance with company and department policies, procedures, checklists.\nPerforms other duties as assigned/required.\nParticipate in cross functional meetings to determine appropriate actions to resolve issues. \nMinimum Qualifications - Education and Experience\n1 years of lab experience\n2 years of inventory control experience\nPreferred Qualifications - Education and Experience\nExperience in an ISO13485/MDSAP/FDA environment\nExperience working under aseptic conditions.\nHands-on experience of handling antibody materials or chemical buffers\nPrevious experience with Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) or ERP\nPrior experience in life science, biotechnology industry or process manufacturing industry\nPrior experience handling multiple product lines with high volume and high mix of SKU’s\nFamiliar with Quality Management Systems\nWork Environment & Physical Demands - Lab\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a laboratory environment with occasional data entry on a computer. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position.
