Our team of 11,000+ colleagues from around the globe are vital to our success and the reason we’re able to push boundaries in pursuit of better human health.\nFind your future at Revvity\nRole Overview\nWe are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist - Technology with 6-7 years of strong IT procurement experience to support Direct Procurement activities, along with selected Indirect Procurement requirements.\nThe role will work closely with internal business stakeholders, suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of procurement requirements. The candidate should have a strong understanding of SAP ECC, demand and supply planning, inventory management and procurement operations, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.\nThe successful candidate should be comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously and working in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport end-to-end procurement activities for Technology / IT requirements, with primary focus on Direct Procurement and selected Indirect Procurement activities.\nWork closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, demand forecasts and procurement priorities.\nManage procurement transactions and processes within SAP ECC, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.\nCoordinate with suppliers/vendors to obtain quotations, confirm availability, manage delivery commitments and resolve commercial or operational issues.\nMonitor demand, supply, inventory levels and replenishment requirements to ensure continuity of supply.\nSupport inventory management, including tracking of stock levels, open orders, excess/obsolete inventory and upcoming requirements.\nCoordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, Accounts Payable, IT, Operations and other relevant functions to ensure seamless procurement execution.\nTrack purchase orders, delivery schedules, backorders, shortages and supplier commitments.\nIdentify potential supply risks and proactively escalate issues to relevant stakeholders.\nSupport supplier performance management and follow up on delivery and service-related issues.\nGenerate and maintain MIS reports, procurement dashboards and management reports covering spend, demand, inventory, orders, supplier performance and other key metrics.\nAnalyze procurement data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.\nEnsure procurement activities comply with established policies, processes and approval requirements.\nSupport sourcing, negotiations and other procurement initiatives as required.\nManage multiple stakeholders, suppliers and procurement activities simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy.\nWork effectively under tight timelines and changing business priorities.\nCandidate Profile\nEssential Qualifications & Experience\n6-7 years of relevant experience in IT / Technology Procurement, preferably within a large or global organization.\nStrong hands-on experience in IT procurement, with the ability to support Direct Procurement activities and selected Indirect Procurement categories.\nGood working knowledge of SAP ECC, particularly procurement-related processes and relevant SAP modules.\nStrong understanding of demand and supply management, inventory management and procurement planning.\nExperience managing purchase orders, supplier commitments, delivery schedules and procurement transactions.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret procurement, inventory and supply data.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to effectively manage and coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders and vendors simultaneously.\nStrong proficiency in MIS reporting, Excel and data analysis.\nAbility to work effectively under tight timelines and high-pressure situations.\nStrong attention to detail and a high degree of ownership and accountability.\nPreferred Attributes\nExperience working in a global / multinational procurement environment.\nExposure to IT hardware, software, infrastructure, devices, peripherals and other technology products/services.\nExperience supporting Direct Procurement / Supply Chain organizations.\nKnowledge of inventory optimization, demand planning and supplier performance management.\nExperience with procurement reporting, dashboards and data visualization tools.\nAbility to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing
