Management & Operations\nManage NPI product data setup including part number creation, saleable status configuration, pricing implementation, and product hierarchy structure\nMaintain lifecycle product data integrity by updating existing records, managing product transitions, and retiring obsolete items to ensure database accuracy\nOversee product attribute data for ecommerce platforms to optimize online customer experience and searchability\nSupport instrument product managers with data analysis including sales trends, pricing effectiveness, portfolio performance, and market insights\nDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key product metrics and inform decision-making\nEnsure data governance standards are met across all product information systems\nQualifications\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, or related field\n2-4 years of experience in product management, marketing, or related commercial roles within life sciences or diagnostics\nStrong understanding of laboratory workflows and reagent/consumable products\nDemonstrated analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar)\nExperience with product data management systems and PLM/ERP platforms\nExcellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities\nStrong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences\nProven ability to work effectively across functions and influence without authority\nPreferred:\nMBA or advanced degree in relevant field\nExperience with life sciences instrumentation platforms\nKnowledge of ecommerce and digital marketing principles\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies\nExperience with Salesforce, SAP, or similar enterprise
