eco-systems, with Field Service, ServiceCloud, CPQ as a key focus.\nArchitecture and delivery of complex, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions.\nReviews, design critiques, and escalations, making sure what ships is worth shipping.\nYou’ll scale your impact by:\nMentoring and supporting teammates in real time and through structured training.\nDefining and enforcing technical standards and delivery quality.\nDeveloping reusable templates, reference architectures, and solution patterns.\nYou’ll step in when:\nThe project is technically complex, and the client needs confidence.\nA teammate hits a wall and needs clarity, not just a fix.\nA pre-sales conversation needs technical vision, not just scope alignment.\n Preferred Qualifications\nHas 7+ years in Salesforce across real business problems and complex organization.\nHas led multiple full-cycle projects across Field Service, Boomi, and CPQ.\nWrites and reviews Flows, Apex, and LWC, and owns complex integrations (REST/SOAP).\nHolds certs like Admin, Platform Dev I, and ideally Field Service Consultant.\nKnows when to use Flow vs. Apex, when to abstract vs. build custom.\nHas set technical standards, built reusable templates, and reviewed work for scale.\nAdvises stakeholders, coach’s teammates, and brings clarity where others stall.\nLead design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions for Work Order Management and Field Service\nCollaborate in daily scrums with the Salesforce development team to progress assigned user stories through the sprint\nCollaborate with stakeholders and other vendor engineering teams to develop solutions for Life science service/technician business requirements\nExecute on Salesforce user stories (Configuration, LWC, Apex, Integration, etc.)\nDrive technical designs for user stories and articulate to extended development team members as
