You’re a self-starter, driven to understand how and why people use technology so you can help create better ways of working for our users. You interject yourself into the conversation to ask questions that help others clarify any issues, assumptions, and risks. You can put people at ease and are easy to talk to. You are curious and want to help your team answer their toughest questions by learning from others and working together.\nYou will work across different product teams to provide insights derived from working with our customers. You will also engage in spreading UX concepts across the company alongside the larger UX team. You are passionate about participating in a UX driven culture and welcome new challenges.\nWhat you’ll do: \nWithin 30 days\nOnboarding (Figma, etc.) \nProvide feedback of your experience and identify any gaps in your onboarding \nGet to know your team and the rest of the organization \nGain a basic understanding of the problem space \nBuild a relationship with the global UX organization \nContribute to our internal design guidelines based on best practices \nBeyond 60 days\nDevelop prototypes, screenshots, wireframes -- whatever gets the job done \nQuickly and thoughtfully incorporate team feedback into designs \nEngaging in e.g., workshops, interview sessions, survey development, usability testing, competitor analysis, etc. Whatever research is needed by our product teams. \nPresenting your work to stakeholders \nRequirements: \nCuriosity, a willingness to try new things and a love of learning \nAwareness of UX design and UX research methods \nPresentation skills \nAbility to effectively communicate in both written and spoken English \nOther things we care about: \nUsing the “OCEAN” model which stands for Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness and Neuroticism, we’re looking for the following personality traits.\nOpenness - The ability to take on new challenges and learn new things.\nConscientiousness - The ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work.\nExtraversion - The ability to communicate directly with customers and users, and to present your work clearly and effectively to different stakeholders as needed\nAgreeableness - Be kind and thoughtful.
