You will lead a team of 4-5 data engineers, define technical strategy, ensure delivery of scalable AWS-based data platforms, and champion governance, quality and AI innovation.\nResponsibilities\nLead design and delivery of enterprise data products for banking and retail.\nManage and mentor a team of 4-5 Data Engineers.\nDefine technical vision, architecture and roadmap for data products.\nProvide best technical and product-led approaches for solution delivery.\nImplement scalable AWS data platforms and pipelines.\nDrive governance, data quality, security and compliance standards.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders and architects.\nIntroduce AI, Generative AI and Machine Learning capabilities into the Data Engineering team.\nDesign, build and maintain Airflow orechestration for batch and near-real-time pipelines (ingestion, transformation, ML feature and reporting workflows.\nLead technical reviews and engineering standards.\nProvide QA and peer review support for team deliverables\nProduce clear, structured documentation for processes and solutions\nAbout You\n\nYou thrive in a collaborative environment-working with data scientists, engineers, and architects to deliver innovative solutions\nYou live and breathe clean, efficient SQL\nYou have great attention to detail and high standards for code quality\nYou have strong analytical and organizational skills\nYou approach problems with a proactive and positive attitude\nYou keep an active interest in emerging technologies\nYou’re a people person and enjoy team interactions and socials\nWhy Reward\n This is an exciting time to join Reward as we continue to grow as part of the Rezolve Ai Group.
