This is a strategic product leadership role responsible for shaping, building and growing commercially successful data products that leverage Reward’s unique transaction, merchant and customer data assets.\nWorking closely with Data and Software Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Data Science, BI, Commercial teams / Consumer Insights, you will define the product strategy, validate customer needs and deliver data products that create measurable business value across banking, retail, loyalty and finance media.\nResponsibilities\nAct as the voice of the customer (internal and external) throughout the product lifecycle\nOwn the end-to-end lifecycle of a portfolio of data products, from discovery and development through to launch, adoption, optimisation and retirement\nDefine product vision, strategy and roadmaps aligned with customer needs and commercial priorities\nIdentify opportunities to commercialise transaction, merchant and customer data into scalable data products\nWork closely with Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Data Science, BI and Commercial teams to deliver high-impact products\nLead discovery, validate assumptions quickly and champion experimentation and rapid learning\nChampion modern product management practices and help embed a product-led culture across the organisation\nContinuously improve existing ad hoc initiatives by identifying opportunities to scale, or retire low-value capabilities\nRequirements\nWhat You Will BringEssential\nExperience managing data, analytics or AI products throughout the full product lifecycle\nStrong product management capability across discovery, prioritisation, roadmap development and product delivery\nExperience working in Agile product teams\nExperience balancing customer needs with commercial outcomes\nExcellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExperience defining product KPIs, OKRs and success metrics\nExcellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills\nExperience building business cases and influencing senior stakeholders\nTenacity, resilience and the ability to drive outcomes in complex environments\n DesirableExperience working with payments, merchant or customer data\nExperience building customer intelligence, analytics or commercial data products\nKnowledge of modern cloud data platforms and tooling\nExperience working with AI, machine learning or advanced analytics products\nExperience with APIs, experimentation, product analytics and A/B testing\nExperience within financial services, banking, retail, loyalty, commerce media or digital advertising.\nBenefits\nAnnual Leave: 25 days + bank holidays\nAbility to buy and sell holiday days as well as the ability to bank days (tenure dependant)\nFlexible working options: we are operating a hybrid working model with 3 days a week from the office\nPension: Hargreaves Lansdown up to 6% matched contribution\nGenerous family friendly cover\nPrivate healthcare -
