We offer a challenging and rewarding environment where you can maximize your potential.\nJob Overview\nRewards Network has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! \nThe Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full-cycle recruiting across a diverse set of corporate functions, partnering closely with business leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent.\nThis position requires the ability to recruit across all corporate departments, including bringing strong experience and credibility in technical recruiting. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in building talent pipelines, delivering market insights, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality hiring experience.\nResponsibilities\nLead full-cycle recruiting across corporate functions, including Finance, IT, Product, Marketing, Data Science, Sales, Customer Success, and Client Relations\nPartner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies\nBuild and execute proactive sourcing strategies using tools such as LinkedIn and other platforms to attract high-quality, diverse talent\nManage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, strong engagement, and a positive brand impression\nFacilitate interview processes, drive alignment among stakeholders, and guide hiring decisions\nLeverage data and reporting to monitor pipeline health, improve recruiting effectiveness, and inform business decisions\nProvide market insights and talent intelligence to influence hiring strategies and workforce planning\nRepresent Rewards Network at recruiting events, networking events, and industry engagements to build brand awareness and talent pipelines\nContribute to employer branding initiatives to strengthen Rewards Network’s position as an employer of choice\nPartner cross-functionally with HR and business leaders on broader talent initiatives\nThis is a hybrid position that requires in-office presence 3 days a week in Chicago (Tuesday-Thursday). \nRequirements:\nBachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience\n5+ years of corporate, in-house recruiting experience\nProven ability to recruit across multiple corporate functions, including demonstrated success hiring for technical positions\nStrong communication (written and oral), organization and collaboration skills\nProven ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, to drive hiring outcomes\nStrong sourcing skills and experience building proactive talent pipelines in competitive markets, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter\nExperience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse preferred) and related recruiting technologies\nStrong track record of delivering against goals in fast-paced, high-volume environments with a high bar for execution\nComfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities under pressure\nData-driven mindset with the ability to leverage metrics to influence outcomes\nExperience with visas and other employment-related immigration matters preferred\nExperience managing candidate onboarding process preferred\nWhat you’lllove about us: \nThis is a full-time, exempt position, and the base compensation for this opening in Chicago is expected to be $85,000-100,000 annualized, depending on level, candidate experience, skills, and other factors.
