If you have a background in recruitment, healthcare recruitment, medical recruitment, staffing, or agency recruitment, you'll be trained on the basics of ABA and the specific roles you're recruiting for.\nWe're looking for someone who understands the fundamentals of recruitment, is comfortable sourcing and approaching candidates, and has strong follow-through from initial outreach through to placement.\nRequirements\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nSource candidates for RBT and BCBA positions using LinkedIn and Aploy.\nIdentify and approach suitable candidates based on the requirements of each vacancy.\nConduct candidate outreach and follow up consistently.\nUse tools such as SignalHire to find candidate contact information when required.\nScreen candidates against basic role requirements.\nKeep candidate information and recruitment activity organized and up to date.\nManage multiple candidates and vacancies at the same time.\nWork closely with the team to ensure positions are staffed within required timelines.\nAssist with onboarding coordination when required.\nSupport the wider recruitment team with additional sourcing and administrative tasks.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe'd love to hear from you if you have experience as a:\nHealthcare Recruiter\nMedical Recruiter\nClinical Recruiter\nRecruitment Consultant\nTalent Acquisition Specialist\nStaffing Recruiter\nAgency Recruiter\nHealthcare Talent Specialist\nPrevious ABA recruitment experience is a bonus but not required.\nYou'll ideally have:\n2+ years of recruitment experience.\nExperience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn or other recruitment platforms.\nExperience with candidate outreach and follow-up.\nGood written and verbal English communication skills.\nStrong organization and attention to detail.\nThe ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidates.\nGood follow-through and the ability to work independently.\nA willingness to learn new industries, roles, and recruitment processes.\nTools & Technology\nYou should be comfortable working with everyday recruitment and productivity tools, including:\nLinkedIn\nAploy\nSignalHire\nMicrosoft Excel\nGoogle Docs / Google Workspace\nEmail\nChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools\nYou don't need to have used every platform before.
