optimise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to support recruitment workflows.\nDevelop new functionality and improve existing system capabilities.\nTroubleshoot technical issues and identify opportunities to improve system performance.\nBuild and maintain recruitment technology infrastructure and workflows.\nAI & Automation Development\nDevelop and implement AI-powered automations to streamline recruitment processes.\nUse AI tools, APIs and coding to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.\nBuild intelligent workflows for candidate screening, CV processing, data management and recruitment administration.\nExplore and implement AI solutions that improve the recruitment lifecycle.\nSystems Integration & Development\nBuild and maintain integrations between ATS platforms and third-party applications.\nWork with APIs, webhooks and other integration technologies to connect different systems.\nWrite and maintain code to customise platforms and develop new technical solutions.\nIdentify opportunities to eliminate manual processes through system integrations and automation.\nTechnical Problem-Solving\nWork closely with recruitment and operational teams to understand challenges and translate them into technical solutions.\nTest, troubleshoot and continuously improve automations and integrations.\nResearch emerging technologies and identify tools that could improve the recruitment technology ecosystem.\nDocument technical processes, integrations and system configurations.\nMinimum Requirements\nProven experience in software development, systems engineering, technical product engineering or a similar technical role.\nHands-on coding and programming experience.\nExperience working with ATS platforms or recruitment technology systems.\nPractical experience building automations and integrating different software platforms.\nStrong understanding of APIs, webhooks and system integrations.\nExperience working with AI tools, AI-powered workflows or LLM-based solutions.\nAbility to troubleshoot technical problems and independently develop solutions.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nAdvantageous Experience\nExperience developing or customising ATS platforms.\nFamiliarity with recruitment platforms such as Workable, Greenhouse, Lever or similar systems.\nExperience with Python, JavaScript, Node.js or other relevant programming languages.\nExperience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make or Zapier.\nFamiliarity with OpenAI, Claude or other AI APIs.\nExperience with databases, data pipelines and workflow orchestration.\nExperience building internal tools, dashboards or recruitment technology solutions.\nThe Ideal Candidate\nWe're looking for someone who:\nIs a builder, not just
