They have built real products used by thousands of users, understand how to integrate AI into existing systems and can demonstrate the impact of their work through live projects, a GitHub portfolio or technical walkthroughs.\nYou’ll work closely with leadership to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation, improve internal business processes and develop reliable applications that deliver measurable results.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nAI Development & Integration\nBuild and deploy production-ready AI-powered applications using LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini.\nDesign and implement AI workflows, prompt engineering strategies and intelligent automation solutions.\nIntegrate AI capabilities into existing applications, business systems and internal tools.\nEvaluate and optimize AI outputs for accuracy, reliability, performance and cost.\nApply fine-tuning and other model-customization techniques where appropriate.\nFull-Stack Development\nDesign, develop and maintain scalable applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React and Next.js.\nBuild and maintain robust APIs, webhooks and integrations with third-party platforms.\nDesign, manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases and data models.\nDevelop secure, maintainable and high-performance applications that can support growing user bases.\nTroubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve application performance.\nTechnical Architecture & Deployment\nTake ownership of technical architecture and make independent engineering decisions.\nBuild scalable systems capable of supporting thousands of users.\nManage deployment workflows and cloud-based environments using tools such as Vercel and Docker.\nUse Git and GitHub for version control, collaboration and code management.\nEstablish sound development practices around testing, reliability, security and maintainability.\nBusiness Automation & Collaboration\nIdentify opportunities to streamline business processes through AI and software automation.\nDevelop internal tools and integrations that reduce repetitive manual work.\nCollaborate directly with leadership to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.\nCommunicate technical decisions, progress and challenges clearly to non-technical stakeholders.\nMinimum Requirements\n5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.\nDemonstrated experience building and deploying AI-powered applications in production.\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js and modern front-end frameworks such as React or Next.js.\nStrong experience with PostgreSQL, database design and optimization.\nHands-on experience integrating LLM APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic or Google Gemini.\nExperience building REST APIs, third-party integrations and automated workflows.\nExperience deploying and maintaining scalable applications in cloud-based environments.\nProven ability to independently design and architect systems used by thousands of users.\nStrong Git/GitHub skills and the ability to explain technical contributions clearly.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience with prompt engineering, AI workflow orchestration and model fine-tuning.\nExperience with CRM platforms, internal business systems and operational automation.\nFamiliarity with Docker, Vercel and modern cloud deployment workflows.\nExperience integrating multiple AI models or selecting models based on specific use cases.\nExperience working directly with business leaders to turn operational challenges into software solutions.\nPortfolio & Practical Assessment\nCandidates must be able to demonstrate their practical development experience. Applicants should be prepared to share a GitHub profile, portfolio, live application or detailed project walkthrough.\nDuring the interview, candidates should be able to explain:\nAn AI-powered application they personally built and deployed.\nTheir specific contribution to the project and the technical decisions they made.\nWhich AI models, APIs and tools they used, and why.\nHow they addressed scalability, reliability, performance and real-world user needs.\nA measurable outcome or business problem their solution helped solve.\nPractical, hands-on experience is essential.
