You'll also oversee a Support Coordinator, so previous leadership or team management experience is highly desirable.\nWe're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, communicates confidently, and takes ownership of their work.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nInsurance & Authorization Management\nManage insurance authorizations for ABA therapy services.\n\nTrack authorization approvals, renewals, and expirations.\n\nEnsure all clients maintain active insurance coverage and valid authorizations.\n\nFollow up with insurance providers regarding pending requests.\n\nMaintain accurate records within internal systems.\n\nResolve authorization discrepancies quickly to prevent service interruptions.\n\nCross-Functional Coordination\nServe as the primary liaison between the clinical team, case management, and insurance providers.\n\nCommunicate authorization updates to relevant stakeholders.\n\nEscalate urgent issues impacting client services.\n\nEnsure documentation is complete and compliant.\n\nLeadership & Support\nManage and support a Support Coordinator.\n\nDelegate tasks and monitor workloads.\n\nHelp improve workflows and authorization processes.\n\nProvide guidance and ensure high-quality administrative support.\n\nExperience & Qualifications\nRequired\n2-5 years of experience in healthcare administration, insurance authorizations, or a similar coordination role.\n\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\n\nExcellent written and verbal English communication.\n\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities independently.\n\nExperience working with healthcare documentation and insurance processes.\n\nPreferred\nExperience within the ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) industry.\n\nPrevious experience working with US healthcare insurance.\n\nLeadership or team management experience.\n\nExperience using EMR, CRM, or healthcare management
