The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping skills, excellent communication abilities, and a professional manner when communicating with clients and colleagues.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping entries.\nProcess accounts payable and accounts receivable.\nReconcile bank accounts, credit cards and financial statements.\nManage invoices, payments and expense records.\nAssist with month-end reporting and financial documentation.\nMaintain organised and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks.\nIdentify and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions.\nCommunicate professionally with clients, suppliers and internal teams.\nAssist with additional accounting and administrative tasks as required.\nMinimum Requirements\nPrevious experience working as a Bookkeeper or in a similar bookkeeping role.\n Hands-on experience using QuickBooks is essential.\nGood understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial recordkeeping.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nExcellent verbal and written English communication skills.\nClear, confident and professional telephone manner.\nGood organisational and time-management skills.\nAbility to work independently, meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant office applications.\nIdeal Candidate\nThe ideal candidate is organised, trustworthy and comfortable handling financial information.
