role, you'll be one of the first points of contact for clients, assisting with appointment scheduling, handling general enquiries, updating client records and ensuring every interaction is professional, helpful and positive.\nWe're looking for someone with previous call centre or customer service experience who is confident communicating over the phone, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys helping people.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nAnswer inbound calls professionally and efficiently.\nSchedule, reschedule and confirm client appointments.\nAssist clients with general enquiries and provide friendly, professional support.\nAccurately capture, update and maintain client information.\nCoordinate schedules and communicate appointment changes.\nMaintain accurate records using internal systems.\nEnsure all client interactions are handled with professionalism and attention to detail.\nWork collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a seamless client experience.\nRequirements\nPrevious call centre experience is essential.\nCustomer service experience in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent English communication skills and a clear, neutral accent.\nStrong data-capturing and computer skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy.\nProfessional telephone etiquette and a confident phone manner.\nAbility to multitask and remain calm under pressure.\nComfortable working rotational shifts, including weekends.\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment.\nAvailable to start immediately.\nWorking Hours & Schedule\nFull-time position.\nRotational shifts scheduled between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST.\nFlexibility to work different shifts depending on business requirements.\nWeekend shifts will form
