However, candidates with experience using similar healthcare platforms, electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems, or clinical practice management software are encouraged to apply.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nStaff Training & Onboarding: Conduct virtual training sessions to help RBTs understand how to use clinical software and follow documentation procedures correctly.\nClinical Documentation Monitoring: Review and track session documentation to identify incomplete, missing, or incorrectly completed records.\nFollow-ups & Accountability: Proactively follow up with RBTs to ensure outstanding documentation is completed within the required deadlines.\nQuality & Compliance: Identify documentation errors and inconsistencies, communicate required corrections, and help maintain accurate clinical records.\nProgress Tracking: Maintain trackers and reports to monitor outstanding documentation, completion rates, and recurring issues.\nCommunication & Support: Provide clear instructions, answer process-related questions, and support staff in resolving documentation challenges.\n Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and help improve training materials, documentation processes, and follow-up procedures.\nRequirements\nExperience in healthcare administration, clinical operations, quality assurance, compliance, staff training, or clinical documentation.\nExperience training or onboarding staff on software, systems, or operational processes.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to identify errors and incomplete records.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\nStrong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.\nConfidence conducting virtual training sessions and communicating expectations professionally.\nExperience using task trackers, spreadsheets, or similar tools to monitor outstanding work and deadlines.\nThe ability to follow through consistently and hold staff accountable for completing required tasks.\nSoftware Experience\nExperience with CentralReach is highly preferred, particularly in an ABA or clinical setting.\nCandidates with experience using similar healthcare systems or EMR/EHR platforms are also encouraged to apply.
