You should be a strong communicator who can take ownership, solve problems quickly and hold team members accountable.\nExperience in healthcare, behavioural health or ABA services will be a strong advantage\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate client services to ensure clients receive the appropriate support on time.\nMonitor service delivery and maintain accurate client records and documentation.\nOversee service providers and ensure assigned responsibilities are completed efficiently.\nManage provider schedules, assignments and coverage to prevent service interruptions.\nIdentify scheduling conflicts, staffing gaps and operational challenges, resolving them promptly.\nAct as the main point of contact between service providers, clinicians and management.\nMonitor provider performance and follow up on outstanding tasks or incomplete documentation.\nSupport daily program operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality.\nRequirements\nAt least 2 years of experience in program coordination, healthcare operations or a related field.\nExperience in healthcare, behavioural health or ABA services is highly preferred.\nPrevious supervisory or team coordination experience.\nStrong organisational and time-management skills.\nExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities.\nConfidence managing service providers and holding team members accountable.\nExperience coordinating schedules and managing multiple priorities.\nProficiency in Google Workspace, scheduling platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment.\nIdeal Candidate\nWe’re looking for someone who is smart, proactive, hardworking and quick on their feet.
