About the Role We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised HR & Recruitment Specialist to oversee recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong people-management skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage employee processes while ensuring that documentation, credentials and compliance requirements are kept up to date. This role is suited to someone who can work independently, communicate confidently and help build efficient HR processes as the organisation grows. Requirements Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, application reviews, candidate screening and interviews. Coordinate hiring needs with management to ensure staffing requirements are met. Oversee employee onboarding, including paperwork, background checks, credential verification and compliance. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and personnel files. Track employee licenses, certifications, credentials and renewal deadlines.
