The primary focus is coordinating therapist placements, matching clinicians with clients, managing staffing requirements and schedules, and building strong relationships with therapists, families and internal teams.\nTalent Acquisition or recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential. Strong coordination, communication, organisation and problem-solving skills are key to success in this role.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nMatch therapists with clients based on availability, location, service needs and suitability.\nCoordinate therapist placements, schedules and staffing assignments.\nMonitor open cases and proactively address outstanding staffing requirements.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with therapists, families and internal teams.\nManage staffing-related communication and ensure stakeholders are kept informed.\nSupport therapist engagement and retention initiatives.\nAssist with recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening and hiring coordination when required.\nSupport the onboarding of new clinicians.\nWork closely with operational and case coordination teams to support effective service delivery.\nMaintain accurate staffing records, documentation and system information.\nTrack staffing activity, placements, open cases and relevant metrics.\nIdentify and resolve staffing or scheduling challenges proactively.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred.\nPrevious experience in staffing coordination, workforce coordination, scheduling, healthcare administration, operations, Talent Acquisition or recruitment preferred.\nRecruitment or Talent Acquisition experience is advantageous but not essential.\nHealthcare, ABA or behavioural health experience would be advantageous.\nStrong organisational and time-management skills.\nExcellent communication and relationship-management abilities.\nStrong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.\nSpanish-speaking candidates preferred.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and CRM/ATS or similar systems preferred.\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment.\nReliable internet connection and suitable home-office setup.\nAbility to work hours aligned with US business
